Each hat I produce is customized to your head size and preferences in color. I make your hat once I receive the order confirmation and payment. With that said, custom-made hats can not be returned for a refund. However, if you are unhappy with your customized hat, please contact me immediately. I will do everything I can to make sure your hat fits properly and looks fabulous on you, even if it means altering your hat, making a brand new hat or exchanging the hat for one of equal value. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
